Based on the data received and your entry brief, we develop several room layout options. Each option takes into account your style, functional requirements and aesthetic preferences. We strive for optimal use of space, providing convenience and harmony in every corner of your future interior.

We analyze your style and preferences and offer a selection of style analogues and details based on examples. This allows us to create a design that suits your taste and fits into the overall interior concept.

Preparation of a complete set of drawings

Once the planning solution has been approved, we prepare a complete set of drawings, including floor plans, wall plans, electrical and lighting layouts, and other necessary technical documents. This set provides a clear picture of the project realization and serves as a basis for construction work and subsequent interior design.

At this stage we create realistic 3D visualizations of all rooms of the project in 2-3 different angles. This allows you to visualize the future interior before the real implementation, as well as to make any adjustments and additions, if necessary. 

Our visualizations depict every detail of the interior, including furniture arrangement, finishing materials and decorative elements, providing full understanding and anticipation of the final result.

We consult with you and help you choose the right materials for your project. This includes finishing materials, flooring, wallpaper, textiles, furniture and accessories. 

We take into account your preferences, budget constraints and the particularities of each room to create a harmonious and stylish combination of materials that meets your needs and expectations.

After the project is approved, we agree with the builders on a preliminary construction estimate, taking into account all the details and specifics of the project.

Then we provide author's supervision, which includes weekly monitoring of work performance at the site (up to 2 times a week).

We also support the purchase of finishing materials, interior elements and equipment, guaranteeing high quality and compliance of the project with your expectations.
